Shopping
To make a purchase cruise through our website using the headings. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size from the drop down list and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "add to basket" button.
Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.
We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. Payments can only be made by the secure online shop via PayPal.
If items are out of stock, we will order monthly from Australia.
Back Orders
Touchies.co.uk makes monthly orders to it’s Southern Hemisphere suppliers. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Shipping & Handling Charges and Delivery Schedule
Please note that items will only be shipped to addresses on mainland United Kingdom and Europe.
UK Mainland : For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship by Royal Mail.
Europe: Items will be sent be air mail.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We use the secure and internationally recognized Paypal payment system.
Guarantee & Returns Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from Touchies.co.uk, you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. You will find a Returns Procedure form in your order which should be completed and returned with the item(s).
All items must be returned 'as sold': in resellable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements Touchies.co.uk cannot accept the item back.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items.
Faulty Goods
We try to ensure that all goods supplied by Touchies.co.uk are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, please return it to: Touchies.co.uk, 23 Badgers Rise, Woodley, Reading, Berks, RG5 3AJ
Please fill in and include the Returns Procedure form. Touchies.co.uk recommends that you get a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office or Courier - we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.
Please note: all faulty goods must be clean and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any return we deem to be too dirty.
